We always welcome business trade short or long term. "Regulars" to the Hotel benefit from us knowing them and their individual requirements. We always utilize our better rooms for regular/loyal guests.
If you are in the area for a while we often offer Cottages for Business use. This gives the benefit of enjoying much larger living space, sitting rooms with TV-Video-Stereo/CD a Kitchen with Fridge & Washing Machine etc. Space for spouses or visitors to stay. We usually offer this on a "one man" per bedroom basis ~ (not sharing rooms) or exclusive use of one guest. Full English breakfast may also be taken at the Hotel. Ring and ask for Mike to discuss..
The costs of renting property via a rental agent is NOT comparable as these properties are normally let unfurnished for a minimum six month period and rent does not include council Tax, electric, gas and water. Inventory checks and other incidental costs are also often required. If you do require a long term unfurnished property on "Short-hold Tenancy" agreement please ask as we have friends in the trade who can help.
We provide all linen and Towels that are changed weekly and we clean properties weekly or to suit. VAT is included in all prices quoted and obviously reclaimable by companies.
