Changeover are days flexible with respect to prior bookings ~
First come first choice.
Cottages are normally let weekly, but if a property is available, last minute short breaks will be offered within two weeks of a required stay.

Tariff:

We require full credit card details in order to secure a booking. A £200 per week deposit is payable for self catering accommodation, the balance will be due one month prior to arrival. Should the booking be made within one month of arrival, the full cost will be payable upon booking.

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within a month of arrival may be charged for unless the accommodation is re-let to another guest.
